Number of Players

• 2 players.

Game Setup

• Prepare a deck of at least 10 cards.

• Shuffle all the cards thoroughly.

• Deal 5 cards to each player.

• Place the remaining cards face down in a pile in the center.

• The player who has fed an animal most recently starts the game.

Game Flow

1 - Turn Sequence:

• The first player plays one of their cards face down and chooses one of the five challenges below:

  • My card’s points are higher/lower than yours.

  • My animal lives in more/fewer continents than yours.

  • My animal is heavier/lighter than yours.

  • My animal is shorter/taller than yours.

  • My animal has more/fewer types of diet than yours.

• The opponent chooses a card from their hand and places it face down.

• Both cards are revealed, and the declared comparison is checked.

2 - End of Turn:

• The player who wins the comparison takes all cards.

  • If both cards are equal or there’s a tie, the cards remain in the center.

• If there are still cards in the draw pile, both players draw one card each. If the pile is empty, play continues without drawing.

• When both players run out of cards in hand, the game ends.

• If the game is not over yet, the next turn starts with the other player.

3 - End of Game & Winning

• At the end of the game, each player adds up the points on the cards they have won. The player with the highest total points wins.

• In case of a tie, the player with the highest number of “sad face” icons on their cards wins. If there is still a tie, victory is shared.
