Wir möchten, dass jede Bestellung sicher, schnell und in einwandfreiem Zustand bei Ihnen ankommt. Diese Versandrichtlinie erklärt, wie wir Ihre Bestellungen bearbeiten, versenden und zustellen.

1. Order Processing
  • Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days after payment is received.

  • During high-volume periods (such as Kickstarter fulfillment, new releases, or holidays), processing may take longer, we’ll always keep you updated by email.

  • Pre-orders will ship once the product becomes available. Estimated delivery times are shown on each product page or campaign update.
     

2. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to most countries worldwide.
Our fulfillment partners and hubs include:

  • United Kingdom (main warehouse and EU-friendly shipping)

  • European Union

  • United States and Canada

  • Turkey and the Middle East

  • Asia-Pacific (for selected products)

We are continuously expanding our regional shipping network to ensure affordable and faster deliveries.

3. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • United Kingdom & Türkiye: 2–5 business days

  • Europe: 5–10 business days

  • United States & Canada: 7–14 business days

  • Rest of World: 10–21 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on your country’s customs procedures and local courier performance.

All shipments include tracking information once dispatched. You’ll receive a tracking link by email.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout or displayed during crowdfunding campaigns (e.g., Kickstarter).
We always strive to offer fair and transparent rates through regional fulfillment centers to minimize customs or import fees for our customers.

5. Taxes, Customs, and Import Duties

International orders may be subject to customs fees or import taxes depending on your country’s regulations.
These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

For EU, Türkiye and UK orders, we use friendly shipping (DDP) whenever possible, meaning taxes and duties are prepaid to avoid extra costs upon delivery.

6. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete:

  1. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@houfgames.com

  2. Include your order number, photos of the packaging and product, and a brief description of the issue.
    We’ll review your case and offer a replacement or refund as appropriate.
     

7. Pre-orders and Crowdfunding Deliveries

For Kickstarter or pre-launch campaigns:

  • Shipping timelines are based on production and fulfillment schedules.

  • Updates will be shared via Kickstarter, other 3rd party platforms or our newsletter.

  • Address changes should be reported before shipping begins.

Once an order is shipped, address changes or reroutes may incur additional courier fees.

8. Lost Packages

If your package is lost in transit:

  • We will open an investigation with the courier.

  • Once confirmed, we will either send a replacement or issue a refund.
    Please note that replacement eligibility depends on the courier’s verification.
     

9. Returns & Exchanges

We currently accept returns only for:

  • Damaged or defective items

  • Wrong item received
