During high-volume periods (such as Kickstarter fulfillment, new releases, or holidays), processing may take longer — we’ll always keep you updated by email.

Pre-orders will ship once the product becomes available. Estimated delivery times are shown on each product page or campaign update.

We currently ship to most countries worldwide.

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

Delivery times may vary depending on your country’s customs procedures and local courier performance.
All shipments include tracking information once dispatched. You’ll receive a tracking link by email.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout or displayed during crowdfunding campaigns (e.g., Kickstarter).
We always strive to offer fair and transparent rates through regional fulfillment centers to minimize customs or import fees for our customers.
5. Taxes, Customs, and Import Duties
International orders may be subject to customs fees or import taxes depending on your country’s regulations.
These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
For EU and UK orders, we use friendly shipping (DDP) whenever possible, meaning taxes and duties are prepaid to avoid extra costs upon delivery.
6. Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete:

We’ll review your case and offer a replacement or refund as appropriate.
7. Pre-orders and Crowdfunding Deliveries
For Kickstarter or pre-launch campaigns:

Shipping timelines are based on production and fulfillment schedules.

Updates will be shared via Kickstarter, BackerKit, or our newsletter.

Address changes should be reported before shipping begins.
Once an order is shipped, address changes or reroutes may incur additional courier fees.
8. Lost Packages
If your package is lost in transit:

We will open an investigation with the courier.

Once confirmed, we will either send a replacement or issue a refund.
Please note that replacement eligibility depends on the courier’s verification.
